- Assessment: employment history, any other relevant material, for instance, diploma, references etc.

Your personal data will be provided to us by (a) a recruiter or (b) by you contacting us as a result of a recruitment process sharing application form through our website or/and uploading your CV to our website or recruitments web sites. Under these scenarios, personal data will be stored, processed and managed by us.The recruitment process will involve:
- Assessing your application,
- Assessing your suitability.
Your personal information may be shared internally with the following people:
- Those employees acting in the management capacity;
- Employees at the human resources function responsible for the recruitment process and employment contracts.

We retain your personal data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is processed that is for the duration of your recruitment process. We keep data belonging to unsuccessful candidates for 30 days before deletion. We might ask consent to keep your data in our prospective candidates database. This consent will valid for one year unless you will revoke consent earlier.

We implement and maintain appropriate technical, organizational and physical security measures to protect your personal data and these security measures are in line with industry best practices.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have several rights concerning your data.
